Community Bible Study is a 30-week Bible study where women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome and different denominational beliefs are respected.

Since its beginning in 1975, the philosophy of CBS has always been to be an every-person’s Bible study, available to all.

CBS welcomes class participants from every background, status, and walk of life. Every woman, teen, and child will be cared for in a comfortable environment with love and respect. Our classes meet weekly during the school year. Each class participant receives a course book with a commentary and home study questions. Each week, you’ll participate in small group discussions and a large group teaching.

The Mt. Pleasant, SC Women & Children's classes will meet Thursday mornings starting September 11, 2025 from 10am-12pm.

Our Online class will meet Thursday evenings starting September 11, 2025 from 7pm-8:30pm.

*Scholarships are available and anonymous. We never want the registration fee to be the reason someone doesn't come.

Next Gen Ministry

Through a variety of activities such as Bible teaching, Scripture memory work, crafts, worship, games, and other activities, we seek to provide a welcoming and engaging environment where the next generations can learn about Jesus. Our offerings are tailored to a child’s developmental stage, starting with babies, and going through high school. Beginning in our elementary classes, our curriculum can be aligned with an adult class so that parents and their children may study the same Book of the Bible, enabling parents additional opportunities to assist their children in living out God’s truths in their lives.
